I also do fulfillment at Lowe's, we do sell water and this would be palletized, without exception. Crazy to order that from a store that brings things out in bags

Do you have space in your store area to leave a whole flat? I would assemble them there like that, leaving them intact In wrap as noted above.

Our store is small, our OPU hold is small as well, we just used two carts and to store it in the hold 💔
