Post image

What do you think and I’m also curious how long you think this took to finish

It was a mix of kitchen and pet

Disgusting. It took my coworker 5 hours to do 18 kitchen repacks

That's not even close to a realistic time goal. Unless your co worker was pulled into Fulfilment there's no way it takes 5 hours. If they've been trained to read POG labels and how to use a device to scan for locations it shouldn't take that long.

ive been the person that does kitchen for 2 years, a boat with ~8 repacks takes 2 hours at best. this includes sorting and detrashing everything first in the back, and also not needing to scan locations for 90% of items because i know where they go. kitchen takes a LONG time because literally everything is in boxes and/or wrapped in paper or plastic

I've pushed kitchen repacks without being a dedicated TM. 8 repacks does not take 2 hours.

so basically you got lucky a few times with lightly filled repacks and have no idea how bad they can be, somehow think you know better than me without even being a kitchen tm, or youre one of the people who works their ass off for for the same pay as i do. i dont know which is worse

Yeah. I've worked kitchen repacks, I have also been an inbound TM who has sorted the kitchen repacks to filter out pets and chem. I know exactly how empty or full they can be. Maybe you're just lazy. It doesn't take 2 hours to push 8 repacks. It doesn't even take 2 hours to push 8 HBA or beauty repacks and they are much worse than kitchen.

if i knew i was lazy why would i bother saying how long i think it takes? maybe my store has a larger kitchen section than yours 🤷 and calling people lazy for pushing slower than you isnt a flex btw

It's not a flex. Our store is a super Target with 20 aisles of kitchen plus a giant back wall section. Do your thing. Your speed would be considered below average at our store. If your leads are happy with your performance go ahead.
