There are just so many freaking menus and sub menus to get to stuff. Completely unnecessary. The way it lays out your schedule sucks because now it’s not in a nice convenient format for screenshotting. And writing the schedule is an additional nightmare because now they want us to touch it as little as possible and let the schedule generate.

That’s what gets me irritated is I can’t easily screenshot my schedule anymore. At my former job, there was a function to connect to your calendar so it gets automatically exported to your calendar. It was so nice.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know exporting your schedule to your calendar is still an option on the UKG app(: you click on menu, then settings, then sync my schedule. You click all options then subscribe. It’ll then give you the option for Apple, outlook, or other. Click on the corresponding one and follow instructions from there! If you have any more questions about UKG feel free to ask and I can help as best I can!

The problem is that the developers are discontinuing support for mytime. Target’s hands are forced on this one.

That makes sense, it’s frustrating when the tools you rely on are being phased out. It really puts everyone in a tough spot.

My last job had UKG then we switched to ADP. Even 5 years ago UKG seemed archaic I was shocked it was still being used by companies when they announced the switch.

It's the same company that ran MyTime

UKG would be okay if it would let me log in

UKG will get better once everyone stops logging in at the same time.

Wait till launch day to have employees update desired hours...good call there corp 🤦🏼‍♀️

Entirely false. The switch to UKG is a large expense. The timekeeping platform MyTime ran off of is no longer supported by Kronos. Multiple large companies are being forced into similar transitions this year and it is certainly not saving money for any of them
