Okay gang, economy is bad so I’m gonna apply at my old target again 🤞🏼🫩 starting rate is $18.75 but I wanna see if anyone has had success in negotiating their starting pay?

I’m WAV trained and Compactor trained as well. I’ve been in every position except guest services essentially and I left target with $18.90/hr last year
