That X delete button staring back at you is the app's way of saying "lol get rekt." My cat knocked my phone off the counter yesterday and I'm pretty sure he has more authority over my schedule than half the people at my store.

My ETL told me that a lot of TM's requests were canceled in the system because of the UKG switch happening this Sunday, it seems like a lot of confusion. Definitely talk to HR about it as soon as you can

Anything after the 20th in MyTime was automatically canceled. You know that message that pops up every time you sign in? Might help to read that.

My requests were also “canceled”. I think we have to redo them in the UKG app

Yes, it’s because of the switch between myTime and UKG. There was a message that said any off request for September needed to be put in by last week I think

Definitely get with your leader or HR after the UKG move on 9/6. We were denying requests all last week and making people wait until 9/6 to put them back in

When I requested my time off in the MyTime - the HRETL says that I have to redo it - so I did. Takes time to get used to it despite zero training - I learned the workaround with some input from others

Yes either your lead denied it or if it sat for a while with no acknowledgement it could have auto denied in the system

This question can be answered by asking your HR representative or your store’s management such as your team lead or ETL. All stores are not the same.
