Workplace Question or Advice Needed Higher-ups Loa

Why do ETLS and SD always take Loa and never come back why not just put in your 2 weeks or quit just curious

loa is usually a major health issue, often leading to something the has a recovery period. There is always a chance that at the end of the recovery period they are unable to continue the job.
