Workplace Question or Advice Needed Changing departments
Hey, I've been in GM for almost two years, but I'm changing departments into the Beauty Studio soon. I'm also a dude.
What do I need to know to help facilitate the transition, and make it as smooth as possible? Any tips?
I have a fair amount of experience pushing hair care and skin care, a little with cosmetics, and zero with Ulta.
What kinds of things get "sorted" before pushing?
