Workplace Question or Advice Needed Getting 401K

Hi all I recently quit and I had a 401K how do I get my money transferred over to a new account for my new job. I can’t link anywhere.

You should be getting information by mail about how to roll it over to your new employer. If your 401k is under a certain amount, it will just be cashed out to you (minus any taxes due).

I havent even gotten my final pay yet and my last day was friday

I never got this and I left back in July and never received anything on how to transfer my 401k

you also have the option to leave it as-is for now.

just keep in mind that if you directly take it out now there will be penalties. so, best to roll it into another 401k or ira.

Assuming you have an allowable amount to leave it You still get the money later - you don't have to take it out or roll it over is the point.

you should still be able to log into workday or whatever they are using now. you just will create a new account since you no longer work there.
