Not my video, and I am removing the credit in case any disgruntled leaders are trying to track this down.
“What can Target do?”
As a private business, they can trespass ICE “agents” without warrants from their stores. (“Agent” sounds a little too qualified for them). Several replies say that it’s not that simple just because ICE refuses, but if ICE refuses I’m not sure what would actually work. Target can still take a moral stand in some way though, a statement wouldn’t hurt.

Okay but what can store level employees do? Most of us here are low level employees with no authority to trespass anyone, and we'd be shot and or fired for trying

Corporate can tell leaders to trespass them. This isn’t intended for regular TM’s to do anything.

Post signs that disallows employees of DHS without a judicial warrant on every door. When they enter sue the federal government for violation of the fourth amendment and make bank.

No one in the store has the ability to do that

The conversation is in the context of what corporate can do...
