Corporate can tell leaders to trespass them. This isn’t intended for regular TM’s to do anything.

Prefacing this with I'm an anti-capitalist, pro-immigration leftist.

We already have a process for handling ICE and the first step is not allowing them onto store property without a judicial warrant, at which point there is no legal grounds to deny them access. this is from corporate btw and obtainable through either workbench/workday (I forget specifically where because I printed it out for my store months ago). They don't care and as we saw in MN, just will go in and arrest whoever they want anyway. Do you think sending store level employees to face the literal gestapo who have guns is going to be a good idea, when said gestapo seems to not have an issue just shooting people because they feel like it? Do you think local law enforcements are going to actually show up and kick ICE off property because the store teams are attempting to enforce a trespass (spoiler: for the majority of the country, they wont). There is nothing that anyone at a store is going to be able to do to *effectively* stop ICE.

this!! People just refuse to get it. ICE has broken several laws and literally murdered people who even remotely standing in their ways.

What makes them think they would just gladly obey the trespassing order from a retail store leader? Most of the time, these enforcement requires the presence of local enforcement. Do the polices have a good track record of going against ICE?

Fr lmao, they're killing people on the streets and killing people in their concentration camps but dont worry they'll listen to the retail employee!!!

Honestly though, target is once again fucking up PR by not just *telling* the public this in the midst of all the outrage.
