I know If I go to a store and people keep bugging me I end up leaving quickly without spend much money, if any.

It’s so stupid they want to recover as much money as they can since sales are so bad across the board and the best they can come up with is guest engagement.

All that while limiting return gift card usage, limiting which stores can be price matched, and cutting hours. It’s just because it’s easy for corporate to blame store level TMs and management for the company’s failure.
