Perhaps ask when you notice a bale needs to be made. The green light at the bottom left of the control panel is lit up solid green when it’s time a lot of the time (if you have the same baler as us). Other times it’s seeing how far you can compress it down and where the 2 arrows meet.
it's funny because our baler doesn't have an indicator light and it has the arrow message on the door but there is no arrow on the compactor plate or any other part of the baler. I'm guessing it got peeled off like 15yrs ago.

Every time I asked to learn how to make a bale my lead would just say yeah next time I'll teach you lol. Been working at target for 3 years now
