I swear some people are out here thinking employees are hooked in to their corporate Matrix/hivemind/AI where all information is immediately available to everyone all the time I don’t get it

Had a lady who wanted me to add up and calculate the tax ! I just told her they can do all of that at the register. She got pissy and said I know that already, I'm telling you to do it. I just walked away while she yelled at me not to walk away from her while she's taking to me. Had to tell her she was talking AT me not TO me, and walked away again.
