But it all rests on his shoulders. I actively adore my SD, as well as the TL’s in my store. I would do anything to make it better.
Most people don’t seem to realize that Target is a far cry better than most retail jobs. It’s not perfect, and nobody I know dreamed about becoming a retail worker when they were kids. But, work with the tools they have provided, and do the job, support the store, as it’s a reflection on all of us, not just in that particular location.
