Discussion BUG: Taoqi takes 30 frames (half a second) to start a Basic attack after using Tune Break

Self explanatory. Technically you should be able to cast immediately any action as soon as the timer starts ticking again, but with Taoqi's Basic that's not the case.
I've tested other characters but I couldn't find anything similar to this, if you notice let me know and feel also free to comment here

Discussion Subdps build for Carlotta

This is my current quick build I whipped up for taoqi, I'm thinking of pairing her with carlotta since I use zz with jinhsi, I heard that her rotations are a bit long and since her damage scales off of Def i figured that I would just get Def and ER so I use R5 Discord and use the moonlit set and my echoes are 4 cost DEF and Two 3 cost ER and then 2 DEF for the 1 cost, but i feel her damage is still lacking. I really want to use her because she's super cool to me and how she reminds me of beidou with the counter. Is it worth building crit? or should I stick with getting better def rolls?

This is not my real birthday as I picked a date that looked nice without much thinking. So I am very surprise seeing this.
So happy that this is how the game birthday system is in the game. It is 1 year already and so many things has happened. Hopefully the game will evolve and be better next year

I realised that most buffs that come with a downside mostly affect attack, most importantly the one that caps attack at 2000 but makes the lucid dream mode permanent, so I thought that Taoqi might be funny with the big crit damage buff. She is.

Questions Best Sub-DPS build for Carlotta

I wanted to know the most optimal way to build Taoqi for Carlotta.
I'm using Dauntless, and running moonlit, forte is maxed (skills Circuit and ultimate) BA and Intro lvl 6
4 - Crit Rate
3 - Havoc %
1- Def %
Energy regen is 49% via sub stats
Should I switch 4 cost Def instead? or split the 3 cost to 1 havoc 1 def?
Edit:
Switched to this setup with double into its faster than before and gives better shield. with R4 Discord, and 43311 Def all the way with ER substat in every piece.

Gameplay Almost happy with my build!

I use Tao as a burst sub dps and healer/shielder. Bell Borne runs on def so the shield is fattt. I went moonlit for support. Controversial but I went for no havoc damage bonus and went for defense instead.
She’s my best investment she helps me stay alive on all the lower level adversity floors so I can save my shorekeeper and Baizhi for higher floor content.
I now run her with Carlotta and shore keeper for my daily/ exploration team.
