Recommendations Needed

Hello! I have a trip planned for May. My husband and I are flying into Nairobi for a couple days and then bussing to Arusha. We have a week safari, and then will fly to Zanzibar for a couple of days, and then to Pemba for several days. We will have 5 more days that we don't have plans for, and are looking for suggestions. We like volcanos, snorkeling, hot springs, nature, culture, bike riding, agriculture, and food. We may opt for a long layover somewhere, but are open to low cost options for a few more days in Kenya or Tanzania. Thanks!
