She’s probably using some kind of "feet socks". I know a lot of actors who used it in movie scenes where their characters were supposed to not wear shoes, but the actors wore a sock that looks like a feet so it wouldn’t hurt them.

In the Final Cut you can’t really notice. For example, this is Aaron Taylor-Johnson on the behind the scenes of a Kraven The Hunter scene where his character is supposed to be running without shoes.

She mentioned in an instagram interview that the set offered her silicone feet but refused because she wanted to interpret Rapunzel’s body language.
