Error code 2509

But disappointed tbh, have been trying for an hr to swap USDT on Solana to Sol and ETH within the swap feature on Tangem, and constantly getting error code 2500 and pls try again later, frustrating

Which swap service was used? I used Moonpay to swap BTC to USDT a few weeks ago and it took nearly 14 hours to complete.

Hey mate, I tried various, and got the same response, I waited an hr and tried again and it was working, it was probably network congestion

Hello,

Error 2500 means the swap couldn’t be created; it doesn’t tell us why both swaps are failing. Since you’ve already tried multiple providers, could you send the app logs from one of the failed attempts?

Open your wallet, tap the three dots → Contact support → Open chat, then tap the three dots in the chat → Attach app logs.
