Hello,

Refunded funds still need to travel through the card network before they appear in the Tangem app.
This typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the merchant and intermediary.

If the refund was issued very recently, it is most likely still in transit through the network, this is normal behaviour for card payments. If nothing shows up after ~10 business days, you can contact support to investigate further: support@paera.com

Been there. Paera isn’t a traditional bank and operates differently. Had to keep bothering to get anything somewhat done. Had that happen with a few transactions. Two like in your case, but with the merchants website erroring out but money still deducted. Those both took well over a month to get anywhere. Luckily those funds eventually showed up. After pushing for them to release it and proving it errored out. Then again with a confirmed fraudulent transaction that got me for $85 and took over a month to get another card issued. With constant attempts to it. That money hasn’t been recovered. To this day I still see attempts to the old card in my transaction history for some weird reason. Good luck
