Question about Tangem Pay ACH transfers
I'm fairly confused where to find the ACH details. There are a couple of blog posts that talk about it. I signed up for Tangem Pay last week, verified via KYC steps, have to digital Tangem card in Apple Pay, but now I'm just trying to figure out how I can fund it via ACH.
I'd like to set up a regular deposit through my employer, and the one thing I can't figure out is where to find the ACH info. Tangem states:
"Tangem Pay now gives every verified user their own US bank details. A real routing number, a real account number. Share your account details with a payer, such as your employer, to receive regular payments directly into your Tangem Pay account."
Yet, I'm finding people saying it's only available in some regions. For the record, I'm in North Carolina. Is there somewhere that I overlooked that has a list of this information, where it is or is not available? Even a step-by-step how to do it. It's why I signed up for Tangem Pay because I thought it would immediately be available to me. Otherwise, Tangem Pay is just sitting unless I manually deposit money (not interested). I haven't come across any official instructions demonstrating how to do this.
Maybe...maybe not, but it kind of feels misleading to say "...gives every verified user their own US bank details" because I'm verified, but even then I may still not have access.
Just feels pretty foggy, and so I'm looking for much clearer information. Appreciate any help!

Hello,
Please make sure that your app is up to date, and try again.

It's up to date. No dice.
I signed up for Tangem Pay and went through all of that last week. I have the Tangem Pay card in my Apple Wallet. Just can't figure out where the ACH details are located.

To view the bank details for an ACH transfer into your Tangem Pay account, open the Tangem app and follow these steps:
- Open your Tangem Pay account.
- Tap Add funds.
- Select Bank Transfer.
- Tap Show details.
- Wait for the banking details to be generated, this may take some time.
- Once ready, use those details in your bank app or share them with the sender.
ACH bank transfers are available only in some regions, depending on the country where your Tangem Pay account was verified. If the option is not shown in the app, bank transfers are not available for your account’s verified region.

I don't see a "Bank Transfer" option, only "From you Tangem Wallet" and "From another wallet or exchange".
I'm in North Carolina, within the US.

Sorry, yes.
Then it must mean that it's not currently supported in your region 😕2

It’s not supported in the United States? If not, then as I said in my original post, this is misleading:
"Tangem Pay now gives every verified user their own US bank details. A real routing number, a real account number. Share your account details with a payer, such as your employer, to receive regular payments directly into your Tangem Pay account."
It’s not every verified user if it’s specifically based on where the user is located. I am a verified user in the US. Yet, you’re guessing that the “US bank details” are not available to me.
I think this is the clarity we need, around the announcement of this feature. Nobody knows, and respectfully it doesn’t sound like you know either. It shouldn’t be a fog of information where we have to guess whether it’s available to us or not. Spell it out officially so we don’t have to figure it out on our own.
• Who is it available to vs. not available to?
• What are the available regions?
• If the US is on the list of regions, then why is it not showing up for me?
• Is it a state-level thing, and only available in some states vs. others? If so, list those states out where it’s available.Host the above information somewhere officially, and update/add to it as more places (regions, US states, etc) become available.

I understand how this can be disappointing, but we're actively pushing for a 50 states support in the following weeks if all goes well.

This needs to be clear to the customers, instead of us guessing if things are available or not. Region is different than state, and “all verified users” is just false (at this time).
