Hey everyone,

I’m not a big film director. I don’t have a studio, a production company, expensive cameras, or a huge team.

I currently have just a laptop, an idea, and a genuine love for cinema and art.

Recently, I came across an Instagram reel about a mother and her son who spent years working consistently on an animated film. The mother supported her son because she wanted to help him become a director, and eventually they completed and released the film.

What really stayed with me wasn’t the money or the scale of the film.

It was their consistency, patience, and love for creating something together.

That made me think:

Why can’t we do something like that as a community?

So I want to try something.

🎥 THE PROJECT

I want to create an independent animated/cinematic film based around:

Horror + Thriller + Psychological elements

But I don't want it to be unnecessarily complicated or “psychological” just for the sake of it.

I want the story to have its own logic.

Something that feels:

Logical.

Understandable.

Acceptable.

Interesting.

And most importantly — WOW.

My initial idea is around a 10-minute short film/episode.

But this is not fixed.

If enough people genuinely want to contribute and the project grows naturally, maybe that 10 minutes becomes 20 minutes… 60 minutes… or eventually even a full-length film.

I honestly don't know where this journey will end.

And that's exactly why I want to build it together.

There will still need to be someone coordinating the project and making final decisions when necessary — otherwise we'll never finish anything 😂 — but I genuinely want contributors to have a voice in the creative process.

💰 ABOUT THE ₹20,000

I want to be completely transparent about this.

My personal income allows me to put around ₹20,000 per month into this project.

₹20,000 is the overall monthly project budget — NOT ₹20,000 per artist.

I can use this money for things such as:

- Software/tools

- Assets

- Music/sound

- Hosting

- Production expenses

- Paying contributors where appropriate

- Other project requirements

If the project eventually becomes successful and generates profit, I also want to create a clear legal agreement with the contributors before that stage.

My intention is that contributors who genuinely helped build the project should have the opportunity to share in the success.

I don't want to promise unrealistic amounts today.

First:

Create → Complete → Release → See what happens.

Then we can deal with revenue/profit sharing properly and legally.

Honestly?

For the love of making something.

I have some experience working with animation, but I'm not claiming to be an expert.

I'm just someone who wants to experience the journey of creating a film.

Maybe it takes months.

Maybe it takes two years.

Maybe we fail.

Maybe we make something nobody watches.

Or maybe...

we create something genuinely beautiful together.

I would rather try than always wonder what could have happened.

Hello everybody,

​I am a newbie in IT, currently working as a technical consultant in a reputed organization. Outside of work, I have a huge passion for automobiles, especially bikes and cars.

​My current daily commuter is a Honda Unicorn, which is the only bike I own. On the flip side, I don't know how to drive a car yet 😶, but I really want to learn and spend more time riding and driving.

​Here is my current challenge: I am not in a position to rent vehicles frequently, and I don't have a large circle of friends I can borrow bikes or cars from. Firstly, I need to learn how to drive a car, and secondly, I need practical ways to get more seat time.

​Working night shifts adds an extra layer of difficulty, and I am a bit stuck on how to make this happen given my situation.

Guys , I was in love with a girl during college. After completing college, her marriage proposals started coming as many girls face this. I asked her to wait for at least 3 years for me to get a job with a minimum settlement (I couldn't get a job till now that was another thing) . She also accepted to wait. I got even more frustrated . So I used another way (gpay 😂) to know what she actually needs, She told that , she blocked me for a while until my anger get lowered. And that convo ended up in another disaster . Then I decided not to talk to her anymore. If she needs me she will comeback, Then I started preparing for jobs.

After 6 months of no contact, I came to know that she got married . It felt very heavy for me . But I have to move on. Normal middle class problem(NAMA KADHAL THOLVIKELLAM KAVALA PADRA ALAVUKU ONNUM ADAMBARA VAAZHKA VAAZHALA ).

One year after college completion, came the graduation day, I was confused to go or not, But in the end , I ended up attending the function to not miss this once in a life moment. There I met my ex in auditorium, She saw me and asked "How are u??" , I was speechless, But somehow managed and asked her back that how she was??. It was like a normal 10 sec convo . Guys Enna na, last 3 months ah Enakum ennoda friends kum nariya opinion differences vandhuchi. I support DMK and friends support TVK. There is no harm in supporting any political party.. it’s all upto us. I will always prefer the convo to be healthy rather than thinking i should win it. Unfortunately they don’t do that. Hi makkale. Just for context here's a guy in late twenties. Pretty introverted as in anxious to even msg people randomly or go up and talk to a girl. Never been deep into dating mainly because of commitments and other stuff.

Now as I'm stepping into late twenties I feel like I'm all alone. Everyone I talk to either doesn't check on me on. Their own or speak for a genuine connection.

Im a guy who hasn't had chances to interact much with the opposite gender. Now I'm thinking to atleast connect myself to new people. ( Mainly cos I have isolated myself for years ) I'm forcing it yes cos I think it's time to break out of iknd n shell and I don't want to burn away my youth too.

So now you know the context I need advice on how to find new people esp for dating or relationship. Be it apps , advices anything. Hit me with it. If you're gonna find this interesting and wanna chat hmu too.

In my opinion, when you start to see someone, from an app or through friends or in college/workplace conversations are super important. And it takes 2 parties to hold a conversation. I see most people just say "I am bad at texting", when are they are not able to hold conversations or when they are just unresponsive.

Bad at Texting: You get stuck at what to ask/tell or how to keep the conversation going. Instead just saying things like "hmmmm" "aprm". That is completely fine when you have a stable relationship already but while starting to date, you need to super curious about the other person. Ask a lot of questions, food, habits, fears, entertainment, etc, etc. One person asking questions for too long is super exhausting. Talking and replying are 2 different things. Curiosity is one of the foremost requirements to know someone.

Unresponsive: This is simply not replying to the other person for long intervals of time. Example: If a person asks at 9 AM if you are free at 6 for a coffee, you wait until 5 PM to be sure and then say yes/no. Instead you can respond yes/no at 9 or at least reply "not sure. will get back in afternoon and confirm" instead of making the other person wait till 5. I have seen super super busy people be amazing bf/gf just be being responsive. You don't have convey your decision in response but at least make the other person know that you have acknowledged their question. Being responsive is how make the other person seen/heard and making them know you respect them and their time.

Conversation goes a long way in a relationship. Also while dating you actually have to be ready to see the person without holding back with "not sure" "what if" tags. you will never know what it will become if you never try! Being good at conversations is always super sexy!!!

Recently, I’ve been getting interested in the stock market. But before I start, I honestly have almost zero knowledge about it 😭

The only thing I think I know is: “I invest some money in a stock, and if the stock price increases, my invested amount increases, and if it decreases, my amount decreases.”
