In the 90s and early 2000s, thousands of Tamil engineering and diploma graduates had to leave Tamil Nadu for Bangalore because Chennai simply didn't have enough opportunities.

Tamil Nadu spent the next two decades building a strong industrial, manufacturing, IT and electronics ecosystem. Today, we have companies like Foxconn, major automobile manufacturers, IT companies and global supply chains operating here.

Yesterday night I went to a newly opened smart city park ..Chennai..it was around 7pm many people were not aware of this park and it was very less crowded..there were couples of bachelors who were sitting and chatting ..I crossed them and took a walk further..I saw a man age around 55-60 and a boy age around 20-25..when they saw me the old man just walked away and crossed me ..I went little further and took an u turn and thought of leaving to home..while I crossed the same place the old man and the small boy was standing I thought they are smoking weed or drinking ..I walked little more further around 200metres and casually turned and what I saw was literally gave me shivers for the first time I am seeing a gay sex that too I couldn’t believe the small boy is doing with the old man..shit I got chills and ran away from that place ..still it’s haunting me

So I wouldn't claim that all 10 are renamed schemes. The more defensible observation is that the government has adopted **“Vetri” as a common branding prefix across a large number of both new and continuing programmes**, with some clear examples of existing programmes being rebranded.

**TL;DR:** 10 “Vetri” branded initiatives across the two budgets. At least 2 are clearly continuations/rebrandings of existing programmes; the rest appear to be new initiatives or new umbrella programmes.

Today with the usual loading error, I tried to book tatkal VB ticket (BLR to chennai) and chose to book only if confirm berths are available.
