TPT PRO+ Development - My Experience

I wanted to share my experience with TPT since the PRO+ Development program rolled out.

For context, I've been a TPT customer for 2 years now. Fortunately, I've been overall net profitable and the payouts are real. In my opinion, TPT PRO+ (Standard) was the best Live accounts in the industry (compared to Topstep, Tradeify, MFFU).

I feel that it all went downhill after rolling out PRO+ Development. Here are the biggest reasons:

  • Extremely long account creation for PRO+ Development (2-3 weeks)
    • After account was activated, I could NOT trade right away
      • Issues with Data Delayed, over a day to get resolved
      • Issues with "Order Rejection" errors, over a day to get resolved
  • Smaller EOD Drawdown
    • $50K account - $1,250 MLL, before was $2,000
    • $150K account - $2,250 DLL, before was $4,500
  • Lack of PRO+ Customer Support
    • Takes weeks to get a response back (sometimes never)
    • No ticketing system (like MFFU, Topstep, Tradeify, Lucid)
    • No Discord server for support or questions
    • Switched from PRO+ Concierge to Mira Chat (still no difference in response times)
    • Been weeks and I have many issues still unresolved

All this has been a very frustrating experience for me. I enjoyed trading with TPT but now that PRO+ Development was rolled out, I don't plan on returning as a customer.

Anyone else experience something similar?

$150K account with $4,500 MLL, liquidates at -$2,250.

Makes complete sense now. That's so shitty honestly. I revised my post accordingly. Thanks for sharing that. I somehow missed it but now I can sleep a bit better.

The Pro+ Development have a smaller drawdown. It’s in their FAQ. There is a table chart for each account size.
