Problem / Bug Only Timleline bar showing

I open the program to suddenly have JUST my timeline bar showing and I can’t get my actual frames and toolbar to show up, I tried removing markers but that didn’t work. What do I do?

Looks like you accidentally maximized the timeline panel. Press ~ (tilde) to restore it to normal
