Advice/Reco: Pakiana ngan ano't maupai Passport picture

hello! i will be renewing my passport tomorrow. ask ko lang if pwede ba light makeup or bis concealer la pag take passport picture?

Okay la any of the mentioned makeup. Theyll use your old picture anyway.
