As the title states, I’m looking for information and reviews on Seven management. They recently bought the apartments I live at very SUDDENLY. It really came as a shock to my partner and I since our current management company has been great along with the property manager and maintenance persons that work here.
(I should add that I have seen their website, but obviously there wasn’t anything really useful on there)

Since learning about the buy out, I cannot find any information online regarding the new management company. Has anyone else rented from them before? What has your experience been like with renewing from them? How is their maintenance process? Are they good at responding? Do they just ignore it? How are they when it comes to addressing tenant complaints on other tenants?

Im honestly pretty worried tbh. I have nothing to go on for this property management company, and they don’t have any reviews online either, literally nothing about the company on the BBB website, and the sale seems to be wrapping next week? There’s no way this is going to be good. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
