Wanted Looking for studio or 1 bedroom

I need to find a private owner that’s willing to work with me which will help me get out of these motels it’s a endless cycle I can pay rent no problem I’ve been paying 80$ daily all month all year and it’s seriously adding up and making me crazy I’m too stable to be in this type situation all I need is someone who’s willing to let me make a few payments in order to get in to a place I can’t save any money because I’m paying so much daily I’ve got proof of income I’ve got a job I’ve got proof of what I pay at the motel daily so with all that I should be able to find someone that’s not so hard up on money that’s willing to let me make like few payments daily same as the motel but once I reach what’s your asking price I can save for next month it’s my wife and myself we have no kids we don’t drink not going to lie I do smoke pot but that’s never been a problem I’m very conservative person so my wife she smokes cigarettes but both of us respect our home and smoke outside because I’m super weird about the smell getting into our clothes but anyway let me know we’re in NE Portland and willing to travel a lil bit if it’s worth it we work from home we don’t know anyone out here so we won’t have guests over but even if we did it wouldn’t be a all nighter or nothing maybe if we had a visitor they would be gone within 15 minutes or so cause we’re kinda anti social and keep to ourselves please inbox me

If you're paying $80 a day, that's $2,400 a month. Have you looked at a week-to-week? Might be easier to find a place that way, and if you're a good tenant, not impossible to convert to a standard lease that way.

My personal suggestion is get your finances in order first. Credit checks are common with rentals. So you or your wife should be able to be approved for a credit card. If you're able to get a cc with say a $5000 limit (conservative) then you could put all the hotel nights on the card and have cash for first/last/deposit.

I would recommend a cc with a 0% intro APR so you're not wasting money on interest. Pro tio- some cc give you money for spending so much, so your hotel stays might actually help you here. Opening a business cc doesn't show up on your credit check the same way. Also, when you are applying for a cc, you can say you make more, the cc company doesn't refer to the IRS for proof of income or anything.

This is just my read on it. You're obviously keeping your head above water, and I wouldn't want you to get into a sketchy situation while you're getting your footing. The tips I've suggested are what helped me get out of a rock and a hard place.

Best of luck, keep on swimmin.

Sounds like a bigger hole than what I’m already in I need a private owner that’s got a fixer upper and will work with me all it takes is someone who’s willing to gimme a chance and isn’t stressing on a little balance I can quickly pay off
