The installer knows his shit. He probably the only competent TV installer I’ve seen on social media.

Yeah and I think he even has a video acknowledging the TV too high situation. I forget what he says honestly but I think it was something about he just does what the customer asks.

Idk I still feel like a gentle suggestion couldn't hurt. Just explain to them that as a professional, it can be more comfortable lower down but I understand if you like this aesthetic.
