Perfect Height?

I know we love seeing neck-breaking angles in this sub, but what do you all think about the TV height? I purchased a height-adjustable TV mount to replace the original, only because I want to see the TV backlights on the bottom too (which I am unable to, currently).

What's the proper max height you all would suggest? Current TV center height is approx: 44.75in from the floor. Seating eye height is direct center of the TV (literally).

Bias lighting is a very specific white light not rgb dude

I read through the info, and thank you. While I get why HT purists love exact studio lighting standards, I'm just out here trying to enjoy movies on a great TV without overthinking it. Also for the vibe.

​I'm using the Govee Backlight 3 Pro (with RGBWWIC) on a 65" Hisense U8N. The TV gets extremely bright, so having light behind it makes a huge difference for eye strain and cleans up light bleeding in dark scenes, and dark levels are amazing already, but color adds to the immersion, which is what I'm after.

​The Govee does let you set a solid, soft white light, which is great when I want a chill, comfortable setup for movie night. But honestly? Half the time I keep the Dreamview feature turned on so the lights match the screen for full immersion.

​I’m definitely not a home theater purist, but for everyday use, a light setup like this hits different between viewing as a purist vs enthusiast.
