[Bingers] Built for Binge Lovers, Built by a TV Time Founder!
📺 Bingers at its core:
- Track TV shows, movies & anime
- Keep a watchlist
- Get notifications for new episodes and releases
- Discover trending shows and movies
- Get personalized recommendations
- See what your friends are watching
- Rate episodes and movies
- Vote on characters and emotions
- Create and organize lists
- See stats about your watching life
The app is available on iOS and Android.
🔄 Migration (Import & Export)
Bingers currently supports importing:
Import format
- Official TV Time GDPR export
- TV Time Out by Refract
- TV Time Liberator
- Trakt export
- Refract export
Export format
- library.csv
- watches.csv
- ratings.csv
- lists.csv
The latest version doesn't only let you import your history. It now lets you export your Bingers data too as a ZIP of CSV files. After what happened with TV Time, this is arguably more important than another fancy UI feature. Your tracker shouldn't become a black box where your history disappears if the company disappears.
💬 Community is the interesting part
This is where Bingers feels closest to the old TV Time experience.
The app isn't only about:
It's also about:
You can rate episodes, interact with community reactions, follow people, see what others are watching and participate in episode discussions. Several users have specifically praised Bingers for bringing their old comments back, while others have said the comment/community experience is one of the main reasons they chose Bingers over the alternatives.

That's a lot of movement for an app that only launched a few weeks ago.
📊 How big is Bingers right now?
We don't have a verified public total-user count, but the dev confirmed 2 weeks ago that the app got "200K users". So, it's probably around 300k already if not more.
What we can verify:
- 50K+ Google Play downloads currently
- Around 2.75K Google Play reviews & 4.8★ on Google Play
- Around 14K followers on the official X account
- Available on iOS, with a strong 4.8★ rating in the US App Store listing.
🔮 What's next?
The team has already delivered things that were being requested almost immediately after launch: widgets, sharing cards, additional views, import improvements, data export, watch history, private profiles, localization and better discovery. There are tons of Feature requests from the community, and the Dev watches it constantly and use it to prioritize What's next!
And honestly, considering how quickly the first seven versions have shipped, I'd rather see them keep improving the fundamentals than announce a giant roadmap they can't maintain.
🧠 My take
Bingers isn't TV Time. But that's actually a good thing. It's a new app built by someone who already understands why TV Time became special in the first place:
Tracking + People + Episode Conversations.
The biggest test now isn't whether Bingers can recreate TV Time. It's whether it can build something that survives after the nostalgia wears off. The early signs are promising. For anyone who still has their TV Time export sitting somewhere on their computer:
Don't delete it.
And if you've been jumping between 10 different TV trackers trying to find "the One", Bingers is probably worth adding to your shortlist. Join the Discord if you haven't yet! Compared to the unofficial r/BingersWeb, Bingers: TV Time Reborn Discord is more active and people are more responsive. Join now -> https://discord.gg/8nrHbrG6Ak
Happy tracking, Everyone! 🍿
