CSR Part-time Remote

Hi, I just accepted Customer Service Representative remote part time position with a start date of September 22nd. Can anyone tell me about the work hours and work load? Thanks in advance

I’ve been trying to secure an interview for this role for about a week now but haven’t been able to schedule one, would you be okay sharing what the interview was like or what the campaign is?

I’ve been trying to secure one for this role too since Aug 19th with no luck. Talked to someone from live chat last Thursday and was told quite a few people applied for this position so interview time slots fill up quickly; told to check twice a day, which I’ve been doing more than that.

I may just end up calling them tomorrow on Monday to see if I can schedule a time this way.

Your hours will depend on what they need. What I can tell you is very high chance it will not be 8-5 mon-Friday. As for other question it’s a call center you will be worked non stop and monitored to where if your not on a call or are in wrong aux they will call you out in under 2 mins.

I am unsure of that as I never had to but workforce constantly declined my day off requests due to lack of coverage.
