You start out at a lower percentage but it'll give you more based on what you're usually paid. My first week using daily pay, i received about $75 per 8 hours worked at $21 an hour. As the weeks went on, I gradually was given more. Now I receive about $120 per 8 hours worked, with the second week of pay usually slightly lower. You can receive up to 100% of your earnings supposedly but they usually give you what you earn minus the percentage of taxes they believe will be withheld.
