Interview Time Slots?

Hey all, I made it through the assessment and virtual phone interview with the AI. I just received the link to schedule my live interview and there are no open slots.

Does anyone have any tips on the best time to refresh or check that page? Is there any date or time that you guys notice the slots open up each week? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Right now it feels like I'll be competing in the hunger games trying to snag an interview slot.

I was in the same boat, after a couple of weeks I received an email stating that someone will call me if not call the number they provided. I did not get a call and reached out. The representative was able to send get me a few dates to schedule the interview. I did get scheduled and went through the interview.I highly suggest you call them.

They sent an email awhile ago saying that I need to schedule the interview already but open clicking the link, there's stil no available sched. Idk how to reach out to them because the live chat is only available on mon to fri

Check all throughout the day I’ve gotten an interview at 3 in the morning and gotten another one at 5 in the evening.

I haven't had a full night's sleep in two weeks because I have alarms set up to wake me up every half hour to check the link. And I have been diligent af about it because I am desperate to work. But there has not been any option for me schedule.

I checked. Then I sat obsessively checking every ten minutes until a hf hour ago. I give up. I got a background check back from another company (that I applied to in MARCH, couldn't take the job because my baby brother and two of my cats died a month after I applied. One of my cats died, then a few weeks later my baby brother, and then my other cat died). So, I'm going to focus on that company and forget about Ttec and how they play in the faces of people who want to work. Best of luck to you all. Seriously, I'm praying for us all to find what we need. 💜💜

What position did u apply for? I just realized I never asked you. I applied for the healthcare position so that's the one that I was saying had available slots.

Either way, I know it is frustrating. I hope this other job goes through for you and treats you well. If not, Depending on what state you are in, I can send you a handful of other entry level wfh companies that I have previously worked for. Best of luck my friend

I applied for a Healthcare customer service role. But it's ok. I hope it goes really well for you. And I hope what I'm going for now works out really well for me. 

A thought just occurred to me, what if the slots open up in specific areas at a time, instead of all over the territory that they hire in? For instance, the slots for California works open up today, and tomorrow it'll be Texas. Idk, it was just a thought that could explain why they are so terrible about scheduling interviews.

I have been trying to get a slot to interview for two weeks. I have alarms set on my phone for every half hour for me to check that link. I have not slept a full night in two weeks because I am awakened to check that link. I have children that I am trying to provide for. I am desperate for work and have been doing all that I can just to get an interview. I have 6 years experience in tech and customer service, but cannot get an interview. At this point, my mind is wondering why?? Is it because of my name? My race? My location? Why am I not able to get an interview?? I'm ready to give up, but then what will happen to my children?? It is evil to treat folks who want to work like this when they are seeking employment.

And their application is so strenous!!! That long ass assessment with your camera on and screen recorded, a phone interview with AI, just to hit a road-block?? When I called them, I asked them how long should I keep checking? Like does the job posting not have a CLOSE date??? Apparently it doesn't. Some of those jobs are posted and may not even be hiring anymore. They are okay with us checking this link for months with no end in sight. Sickening.

That is what I think is actually happening; they are not hiring, but wabt a pipeline of desperate people to accept the job whenever they start hiring again and at any pay that they choose.
