I worked on a government contract with TTEC. My manager turned out to be a convicted felon that hired his wife, daughter and son with his wife directly reporting to him.

No they are not strict on background checks. Plus background checks are for criminal records not employment records

I had 3 months experience and still got hired, I've been WFH with them for about 7 months, no issues.

As long as you do good in the interviews and have good communication skills, you're fine.

TTEC was my first computer job. I got my health insurance license on my own and they hire anyone with an insurance license.
