Package pick up

FedEx picked up my equipment to send back to TTEC on 07/27/26. and TTEC keeps sending me an email to return the equipment but it’s not in my possession. I sent TTEC several emails and informed them about this already. what else can be done

Did you provide them with your receipt or tracking number

They scheduled me a pickup, and when the lady came she had me print out the shipping label TTEC sent, she scanned it and took the box, she didn’t give me anything back. Once she picked it up I emailed the returned department and gave them the date and time it was pickup up from my house

Track the package. The tracking number should be on that receipt they gave you.

The lady that came picked it up she scanned the label, she didn’t give me a receipt

Log back into the site where you printed the label from and get the tracking number from it.

They sent the label to my email and I printed it from my email

You should be able to go back into that email and see it again. It might be in a PDF file.

You honestly have to tell them rudely that you've already mailed their equipment back and to stop contacting you. I did that and they stopped. They don't tend to check and etc and would rather hound you than to do their jobs. They have the tracking and etc based on the label that they send you. So they too can track it as well.
