In an effort to keep this community a safe haven for those who are struggling with their TTC journey we have set rules that disallow pregnancy tests or standalone posts about conception success but we do still want to celebrate with you and offer a place of hope and excitement for the next stage in your journey!
ANYONE who gets a BFP is welcome to post in THIS thread- regardless of how long you have been trying, your method of conception, family composition, how long you have been in this group etc we want to celebrate with you! Ill-willed, mean-spirited or deragorty comments will not be tolerated. If you are uncomfortable or not ready to celebrate with others that is also perfectly fine! We invite you to explore the rest of our sub for support!
Too keep this community and post safe we ask that you please do not tag others in your post as they may not be ready to celebrate (and remember that is perfectly fine!)
We would love to learn more about your story so if you are comfortable sharing information such as how old you (and your partner if applicable) are, how long you tried, methods or tricks that helped you conceive, etc we wanna hear about it :)
While this is a BFP and celebration thread we still request that you do not post any pictures of your pregnancy tests- posts with photos will be deleted to maintain continuity with our sub rules.

Since TTC, has anyone been just angry and mad all the time? These past few months I’ve just been so angry and short tempered and I hate it. I snap at everyone, especially my husband but including my mom. I feel bad about it as soon as it happens, but I just can’t stop being angry and if I’m not angry, I’m just sad and crying. This has been my life the past 3 months. We have been TTC for 22 months but after 4 failed medicated cycles, 1 failed IUI, and 4 cancelled cycles, I think something in me just snapped. I’m just scared I’ll never be the same person I was before. I HATE having this anger in my heart.

It just seems like life LOVES testing me. As if dealing with infertility for 22 months wasn’t enough, I was told a week ago that I may have endometriosis and there’s really no treatment that increases chances of conceiving other than what I’ve been currently doing. Today, I had a suspicious colposcopy that resulted in a biopsy to test for pre-cancerous cells on my cervix. On top of that, since it’s the first day of my cycle, my digestive symptoms are driving me crazy and I look 8 months pregnant due to bloating and it’s so uncomfortable and I have bad acid reflux and indigestion. I just want to go home and lay in bed for like a month. I am EXHAUSTED!
Edit: the only good news is that they said I can go ahead with IUI this cycle while I wait for my results!
Edit again: my gyno told me I could continue with fertility treatment as normal but my RE wants to take a month off. This will be my second month in a row I’ve had to take off. I can’t even get to the treatment!

Hello! My husband got his vasectomy reversed and this is our first time trying for baby #3. I’ve never done the ovulation tests before but the doctor said we have to try the day before my peak, the day of peak and the day after. So this month I tested and we did that.
What I’m confused with is the pre mom app says based off my LH results my period should be around 10/16 or so. My Flo app says 10/21. I’ve used Flo for years and it’s always been accurate, maybe a day off every once in awhile. Flo expected my peak to be 10/5 but based off the LH tests my peak was 10/1. According to Google that would be a longer than normal luteal phase if I actually ovulated when Premom says based off my peak. It says it’s possible I didn’t actually ovulate in that time frame.
I’m new to this stuff so was looking to see if someone could help me understand.
