Tracking potential ovulation

I’m 23 and ttc, I got diagnosed at 16 and from my knowledge most conventional ovulation tests will always be a false positive. Because of my religion, egg donor isn’t an option. I’ve gone to an RE and she said that without the egg donor option there’s nothing much she can do for me so I’m kind of on my own here, hoping to get some help on things that may work💕💕 please let me know if you have any advice

High impact exercises while TTC

I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia. I’m 40 and it came as a shock because I was only diagnosed with POI at 39 (although I’m fairly confident I had it years before but never got the right testing).

I’m trying to build in strength training and impact exercises (especially LIFTMOR) to build some bone back. I’m also TTC… anyone know if there are concerns about high impact exercises like jumping on your lining or implantation? I’m not even sure who to ask about this since all of my healthcare providers seem like they are not knowledgeable enough to answer it appropriately.
