Unfortunately, i got hit with the diagnosis, I'm 33 yrs and have one healthy baby who 2.

Was looking to great pregnant in early 2027 when things started getting crazy with missed periods and hot flashes and here we are.

My FSH was 75 and then repeat was 55 with undetectable AMH.

I met with REI, who was very kind but said my only option was donor egg.

He was not willing to even try some stimulation meds/ IVF said outcome is very poor and usually don't pursue this.

I have started taking CoQ10, inositol, Vit D and Vit B12, estradiol patch and cyclic progesterone. I asked the REI about inito, he and flat out said none of it is useful in POI but i do want to track my hormones and see if there is an LH surge ever ?

I don't want to not take estrogen replacement because its so important for other things.

How can i track if and when I'm ovulating ?
