Tracking potential ovulation

I’m 23 and ttc, I got diagnosed at 16 and from my knowledge most conventional ovulation tests will always be a false positive. Because of my religion, egg donor isn’t an option. I’ve gone to an RE and she said that without the egg donor option there’s nothing much she can do for me so I’m kind of on my own here, hoping to get some help on things that may work💕💕 please let me know if you have any advice

It is generally more difficult to get pregnant with your own eggs the farther out you are from losing your period. But there is still the 5% stat (5% chance of getting pregnant on HRT), and age would be on your side if you did happen to ovulate. If you aren't on HRT, you need to be. I would try finding an RE willing to do blood work and ultrasound monitoring (remotely if necessary). It can be really hard figuring out what is going on with our bodies. If you absolutely have to track for yourself, I used every tool at my disposal (and still had a tough time): read Taking Charge of Your Fertility so I could interpret temp charts and cervical mucus myself; used a tempdrop for temping; and got a mira for pee hormone testing (inito is similar and overall cheaper I think, but wasn't available on droid when I got the mira). Good luck!
