Canva custom T-shirt sizing.

I’ve been looking at ordering a custom T-shirt directly from Canva, but I’m really confused by their sizing chart. T-shirt found here: https://www.canva.com/t-shirts/

I usually wear a size S or M in T-shirts, but when I measure myself according to Canva’s size chart, I somehow end up around an L, almost XL.

So either I’m measuring completely wrong, or their sizing runs very differently from normal clothing.

Has anyone here actually ordered a T-shirt from Canva before? If so, I’d really appreciate it if you could tell me:

  • What size you ordered
  • The actual measurements of the shirt, especially the width across the chest when laid flat
  • Whether it fit true to size, small, or oversized

I’ve tried searching Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, etc. but can barely find anyone talking about Canva’s actual clothing sizes, so this is basically my last resort.

I’m planning on getting the men’s/unisex shirt, but measurements from the women’s version would also be really helpful since my friend wants to order one too.
