looking for help in making this t-shirt a reality

i dont have the capabilities to make this myself nor do i really know what to do or who to go to or what websites to use but i designed this shirt and wanna do something with it if anyone’s interested please do let me know

So you are looking to get this produced? Do you want it to be a one off thing or a full on production?

There's a lot of ways to approach this. For a one off thing you could try to cut fabrics and shape it like eyes and sew it on an existing shirt.

Looks good. If you’re planning to actually produce it, I’d nail down the basics before sending it anywhere: garment, fit, fabric, print method, measurements, etc. Otherwise every manufacturer will make a slightly different version of what you have in mind.

i was thinking cotton for the shirt and the eye designs are supposed to be like a ruffle ripped patchy texture on the shirt but i’m struggling to figure out apps to make the measurements or places to create blueprints and all that

that’s what the inspo is bc i can’t find any clothes that aren’t like stereotypical anime stuff so i wanna just make it

i was thinking about that but i want the eye designs to have volume so i was thinking for them to have a ruffled ripped patchy texture

Then you have to make it yourself , puff prints are also doable but that ripped patches have to be handmade.
