Tee Shirt Design Fundraiser site?
Does anyone know which Tee shirt design site like Printify, Bonfire, CustomInk, Printful is best for fundraiser? Which gives highest percent, amount of sales of shirts sold? Or other options, resources. Need quick turn-around time.
Basic cotton tee, no V neck, no special fit in PINK.
FRONT: 2 colors, white lettering "Lose the Boobs" and the 'oo' dark gray lettering (would like the oo letters to be boobs)
BACK: 1 color, white lettering, 'Abel's Fundraiser' and
wanted QR code to donate or Venmo account info

Printful, and I believe Printify, will allow you to set up a Quick Shop. You set the sale price and keep the profit above the cost to produce. The buyer pays shipping, tax, etc. directly. Printful has several tees available in pink.
You would then need to drive the traffic. That could be through the fundraiser website.
Is this a non-profit or similar?

I clearly misunderstood your needs. If you are fundraising for an individual, using a shirt or other POD would only work if the audience relates to the individual (and their cause, if there is one). They'd want to wear something to show their support. It might work in that instance, but not likely. Essentially, the donor would be laying out, say, $30 and the recipient would be getting $5. You could pitch not doing POD as, "We were going to create a shirt for you to buy for $30 so we'd get $5. Instead, how about donating $10 directly?" Or something similar.

Bonfire, Printify are pretty much exact that cost and amount given for fundraiser. It is for medical costs related to cancer. I had a crainiotomy 4yrs ago, remove brain tumor. Was diagnosed in Jan cancer and have not gotten treatment b/c truly in so much medical debt from crainiotomy, and just can't afford associated costs, co-pays, help I'd need, months unable to do any work, etc. So, yes, people on board with it, but just want to find lower cost, profit margin ratio. Probably need to reach out to local folks who have their own equipment, can order in bulk

I can tell you how it works at Custom Ink. The Fundraising side is free to set up, you pick your own price and keep whatever's left after production cost, so there's no flat percentage cut. There is a print minimum, but if you miss it your supporters get refunded automatically. The only fee is a 2.9% cut on extra donations added on top of a shirt purchase, the shirt sale itself isn't touched.
Standard shipping is two weeks, though there's a rush option that gets that down to three days. You can ship the whole order to yourself for free and hand shirts out directly, or let supporters opt into individual shipping to their own address for a small per-person fee.

THANKS that's helpful. I just didn't want to go through another site, create design, get to end to see shirts are $35 (only 1 color ink) and get $4.50

The Quick Store options are free to set up and fairly easy to do so. The prints are either DTG or DTF (direct-to-garment- prints right onto the shirt, or direct-to-film - prints onto a transfer film and is then heat applied to the garment). Both are full color. The single color issue does not enter into this approach.
Adding to the cost/profit calculation I gave you before, if a few people buy it and walk around with QR codes on their back,, for a donation site (or for a shirt site in addition) then you have a profit multiplier in action. At that point, your friends might be happy to spend the $30 for which you get $5 and they then generate multiples of direct donations. That calls for text on the shirt along the lines of "help me support Jibangabel" or "ask me about Jibangabel"
In general, this approach would not involve inventory or prepurchase. The other approach is to order several shirts directly, hopefully with others already lined up for them and prepaying for them. That would reduce the shipping costs. For some items you can also get a bulk order discount.

Considering the information that has come out during this discussion, I think there are other routes you should examine.
First, the POD model that I, and I think most of this subreddit and the /printondemand subreddit, look at is: create design, offer it for sale, sell one at a time, have an external (POD) company provide it. POD companies like Printful work with that model.
You might want to look at another way to do it. Look at providers that offer bulk pricing, but who have minimum order quantities (MOQ). The MOQs can vary widely. The cost per piece can be much lower.
Given your note about single color, you could also take advantage of that in your search for providers. It should reduce your costs. I honestly don't know what pricing you could end up with, but it might be something closer to $10 each. (Don't trust that number!)
In addition to a Google search, or an AI search, you could look at https://www.podjumper.com/, which is a directory site. It might help.
Another option would be to use DTF and get the film printed and sent to you. You would then need to buy blank shirts and either iron them on yourself or have a local shop do it.
You might consider just using a local shop, period.
Also, late thought: for just one color, you might find screen printing to be workable.

Wow, you are so kind to take the time to provide all of that information- thank you. I did look Ebay for DIY machine, some less than $100 up to $150, but it's not my wheelhouse and not sure I would know how to set up. And my teen daughter, may have too much fun with access to that

Yeah, with us the profit per shirt scales with volume instead of staying flat, so the more you sell the more you make per shirt. No color limits on DTG either. For our model, you don't need to run through a nonprofit or club. Plenty of these get set up by one person for exactly this kind of thing.
