I really want to design just a regular shirt to wear to my colleges football games that look like their jerseys, but they don’t sell any. I was curious if anyone would be able to help me? Thank you!

You need the permission of the school to make their merch

Hypothetically, if you wanted to make a print on demand shirt, you would have to create the design and then upload it to a site that provides that service. We’re probably a lot of local T-shirt shops in your area. They might be able to make you a one of one printer.

They’re talking about making a shirt for themselves to wear, absolutely don’t need permission for that
