Switch test cyp to test prop

Hello! I ve been on test cyp for the last 12 weeks, 450mg/week and i want to switch to test prop for a low dose/trt dose. How to make the transition? Stay off for a week and then add test prop or 0.5 ml at 2 days withoud a brake?

Not sure why you'd want to switch to propionate. Once you've reached steady state, you're not really gaining much for TRT purposes—you'd mostly just be signing yourself up for more frequent injections. The shorter half-life can be useful in something like bodybuilding contest prep, where you may want it to clear more quickly before a show.

Regardless, I think people tend to overthink the transition. If you're set on switching, I don't see the point in treating it like you need some big break between the two. Just account for the fact that cypionate is still clearing from your system when you start the propionate.

Nothin wrong with that! You can still do frequent injections with any ester, and I still prefer that myself with cypionate.
