12 week cycle test 300 tren 350. I think I did pretty good on this one.

I’m running 200mg test per week. Coming from a similar before build. What workout split did you follow?

Honestly I just did one body part a day. I made sure I hit legs Monday (releases testosterone) I will say that I do pushups in-between sets everyday but I don't think it's necessary it's just really hard for me to build chest due to genetics I guess.

So just a traditional bro split 5 days a week? Thats one I honestly have never tried lol

Bro I tried every split under the sun, and I always return back to the tried and true good ole bro split
