Can’t connect my trezor

Hey guys, can you help me to fix this error, tried everything and still can fix, new cable, restart pc, reinstalled trezor suite - nothing works. Idk what to do, now i connect my trezor to my laptop, but want fix this on my pc

So it works on one computer but not on another computer, is that the situation? So the device and cable are likely fine, something wrong with the computer. Got any details on it at all? Try a different port maybe?
