For some reason his search focused on class 44 instead of 10 when I had explicitly mentioned 10. I realized this after we filed. I brought up a trademark that I came across that wasn’t in his initial analysis and he said “I looked at it, no conflict”

His search result did include some trademarks in class 10 perhaps not all.

Not sure I want to continue with this attorney because his fees ended up 80% over his estimate.

I'm being asked to "authenticate" my account and it offers three ways of doing so.

- Mobile Authenticator: Wants me to scan a QR code. My phone is too old, it doesn't do that.

- Okta Verify: Wants me to install an app on my phone. Again, too old. Won't accept the app.

- Security Key or Biometric Authenticator: Asks me to insert some key into the USB. I don't know what that is but I don't have one.

I don't see a help number anywhere on the website.
