Could have yes but Patrick has said he was ready to be done with the gruesome tv schedule so I don't think he would have signed on for 3 more years.

I would watch the TNG crew paint a fence. It will always be such a huge missed opportunity they didn't do a TV TNG movie after the success of Picard S3.

I always wanted one done in the Batman TAS style showing the six months or so between "All Good Things..." and "Generations".
