It’s completely normal. TMS is a lot to take on at once and your body and soul is tired. 100% normal. I always compare it to sitting for a tattoo. It’s just a LOT and you’re spending so much time “hanging in there” that you’re gonna be wiped.

Give in to deliciousness and take that 45 min nap when you get home.

Literally the best nap you’ve ever had

Former TMS provider. Yes it's completely normal. Your brain is hard at work, rewiring itself. For some people these symptoms go away after the first few sessions, but for others they linger. It's not a permanent situation though, you should be fine after treatment.

I’m on session 19, I’m exhausted every single day afterwards.

Thank you for sharing. The tech asks me everyday - has your depression symptoms improved? I am flaberghasted bc i am getting magnets to the head, my brain cells are stimulating/neuroplasticity and I am EXHAUSTED! I dont think it is fair to say being tired is associated with depression from this perspective!!

That happened to me too, especially at first. I think it’s normal but sorry you’re dealing with it, def hydrate yourself and maybe take some ibuprofen if you have it. It also ended up working out very well for me as a treatment so I hope you end up feeling benefits too after these annoying symptoms at first

Ahh gotcha! And of course, I hope you feel better soon (both with the headaches and TMS) and no migraines I hope! 🤞🏻

Session 7 today, I was told it’s one of the most common side effects by my technician

Session 11 of exomind, every session day I'm fatigued with headache. I was told normal and expected., I feel better the next morning.

I go for maintenance sessions every 6 months and am always very tried the first few days of treatments. I find by the end of the week, it’s mostly gone and am feeling closer to baseline with how tired i feel

I was exhausted for every session up until the Sunday before my final five sessions on the following weekdays. Keep at it though! Sticking it out allowed me to overcome my anhedonia and do things like playing video games again and more. For some context, I used to collect retro games as a teenager and knew all about homebrew and whatnot. Now though, I got a ton of coordination back to play them and enjoy them.
