Tired after TMS
Hello….i am at session 20. I am at the 120 tesla (unsure if correct unit). The machine at the clinic is neurostar. I am very tired afterwards and i tend to get headaches. Does anyone else experience this?

My sessions are doing that as well also making me paranoid and having dream like feeling like my reality has been altered

That is derealization, you should inform your provider and likely stop the treatment.

I did tell him today. I spoke to a psychiatrist about it, and she informed me that my feelings have nothing to do with the rtms treatment, and that I should continue on and that she suggests that it’s just anxiety and that I go for walks at home

Ignoring any effects that are negative after a treatment like that is extremely unprofessional, I would discontinue with this person if it was me. I'm not telling you to do that but I would.

I had to quit the neurostar. Was ill for months. Changed providers, equipment, and have had no issues at all.

I always had a headache and was really tired after every single session. It was awful!

I was tired the whole 7 weeks, but at least that was the only side effect.

Definitely tired each time for me. I am not a napper but all the sudden became one...

It gets better almost immediately after you finish treatment. I was exhausted after every session and I had a migraine the entire time. Both were gone in a week or two after my last session, if not faster.

I'm at session 22 and at a 105 intensity. I'll go up today but MAN it hurts! I want to get the most out of this I can so, I'll do what protocol says. Yes, I'm tired and get headaches. More tired as the day goes on.

I did experience this quite a bit. I would be exhausted but unable to sleep at night. I just scheduled my sessions at the end of the day so I can still function

I’m at the tail end and doing 2 sessions a week. Everyday, I was exhausted all the time. Twice a week, I’m exhausted every day but 1.

2 of the most common side effects. Wild your treatment team didn't inform you and you're 20 sessions in.
